Yes! We will pick up and drop off your pet for their Day Care or Boarding staycation for an additional charge of $25 within a 5-mile radius of our location. If outside this radius there will be an additional charge. 

Pawsomsitting will travel up to 5 miles at the normal or holiday rate for the Drop-In service of one animal. Additional travel and animals are an additional charge. Please get in touch with us for details!

Yes! Pawsomesitting has done drop-In care for cats, rats, fish, guinea pigs, rabbits, sheep, chickens, and dogs. We love and care for all types of furry family members while you're away!

Yes! Pawsomesitting requires a meet and greet for boarding, pet daycare, drop-ins, and walking to ensure we are the right fit for your furry family members!

Dogs and cats three months or older must have a current rabies vaccination and license. It's highly recommended that all dogs are current on their Bordetella, Influenza, Distemper and Lepto. We recommend always following your vet's advice for additional care.  We can not accept any animal that has been ill within 14 days of their first day of care with Pawsomesitting. We must receive a copy of your pet's rabies and license information prior to their stay.

Since we are a small family-owned business, our spaces are limited. Our number one priority is to ensure we can give individualized care to each furry friend; therefore, payment is due within three days of the request/agreement of services and before any service dates.

Pawsomesitting accepts payments on our website, Venmo, Paypal, or Cash/Check (Paid at booking)

No! Pawsomesitting will care for your pet regardless of this status. We understand there are additional challenges that come with this decision, so we always complete a meet and greet before services. You should provide materials to prevent additional cleaning and/or be ok with using pup diapers/belly bands.

Any previous Pawsomesitting customer may schedule additional Drop-In, Boarding, or Day Care services without an additional meet and greet provided entry and exit proceedures remain the same.

Please bring your pet's food, treats, medications, and special toys or blankets to make them feel at home. Please also provide us with a printed or written feeding schedule with amounts, medication schedule,an emergency contact, and any little quirks your pup may have so we can make their time with us the best their staycation can be! Please don't send anything you would be upset if it didn't come home or got dirty.

We always recommend following your veterinarian's advice when considering boarding or taking your pet to daycare. There's a higher risk of transmissible diseases including but not limited to kennel cough, influenza, papillomavirus, and always a chance of scrapes or scratches from play or outdoor activity, and risk of more serious injury. Tick and flea treatment is recommended as we will spend much of our time outside and they will have access to our pool and pup play pad. They will likely get wet, dirty, and tired!

While your pet is with Pawsomesitting, we will be at home with them most of the time. We do have children in activities and will be away from home for a meet & greet, shopping, or appointments. For full-day pet care, on any given day, they will never be alone for more than a few hours. We are always home while offering half-day pet daycare.

We prefer to allow all Pawsomesitting guests the same freedom within our home and property as our own pets have. We will only use a kennel/crate if the owner uses one at night or for calm periods and has requested we use one, the pet needs a space to feel secure during a storm, or we need to give individual space. All animals have access to all the general living spaces in our home. Our rooms are the only spaces off-limits. Pets enjoying a staycation with Pawsomesitting can access all furniture and other comfy devices on our property.

We limit our boarding to four dogs on any given day for insurance and license purposes and to ensure your furry family member gets all the individual love and care he/she needs.

Yes! Both Meg and Greg have current FBI and PA State Police Criminal History clearances as well as Child abuse clearances. (We are both currently volunteers) These are available upon request.

Yes! We are insured and bonded with PCI Insurance. We have care, custody, and control in addition to general liability.

Property damage to the pet owner's home, Pet Day Care, Pet Sitting, Pet Boarding, Employee Dishonesty, General liability, and personal injury are all covered by Pawsomesitting's insurance. Details and proof of coverage are available upon request.

Yes! We are registered with the Department of state as Pawsomesitting.
